Our Field Support for Franchisees is Winning Awards!

Muffin Break franchisees are some of the most supported in food retail – and the industry is taking notice.

On May 20th, we took out one of the top gongs at the ‘Excellence in Franchising’ national awards, run by the Franchise Council of Australia (FCA).

Foodco Wins FCA National Field Manager of the Year 

James Wadsworth from Foodco won the ‘National Field Manager of the Year’ award, a hotly contested category.

A passionate and dedicated Franchise Coach, James has spent over seven years supporting franchise owners from both Jamaica Blue and Muffin Break in Victoria. 

Foodco’s CEO Richard Goodman commented: “There couldn’t be a more deserving winner. James is an exceptional Business Coach who goes above and beyond to support our franchisees and the broader business’.

All new franchisees receive extensive training at our Centre of Retail Excellence  (CORE) facility in Sydney, plus our field support team will be on the ground giving you in-store training before and after you launch. 

Our field support team visits all of our stores regularly – at least once a month for metro and once every six weeks for regional. Plus our business mentors are only ever a phone call away.
