We’ve been perfecting our iced coffee drinks in preparation for summer. We’ve created a grown up twist on the childhood classic the ‘coke float’.
Try it for yourself at home
Large glass
Ice-cream 2 Scoops
Vanilla Syrup 1 pump / 15mls
Espresso 60mls
Sparkling Water 100mls
- Place ice into large glass, followed by the ice-cream.
- Pour the vanilla syrup over the ice-cream then add the espresso.
- Top with sparkling water and serve with a straw and spoon.
