Do you find yourself running out of time every morning, only just able to fit in your morning coffee! Do you then find yourself out of energy at 11am struggling to see how you will be able to get through the rest of the day? Well do we have the perfect recipe for you! Overnight oats requires you to make ahead the previous night so that in the morning all you have to do is grab and go, and with the added hit of coffee, you’ll have lasting energy for days!
Ingredients
- ½ cup of rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- ½ cup of brewed black coffee – we used BeanGivings Espresso Blend
- ½ cup of milk of your choice
- ½ cup of Greek yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon of almond butter
- ½ teaspoons of honey
- Banana, raspberries or cacao nibs for topping
Method
In a large Tupperware container mix together the oats, chia seeds, coffee, milk, yoghurt and almond butter. Shake and mix until its all completely combined. Store oats in the fridge overnight. When serving top with honey and additional fruit or cacao.
