Muffin Mates is open to Australian residents aged 13 years and over with a valid email address and mobile.
Earning Points
How do I earn Muffin Mates points?
You’ll earn 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible products in a single transaction.
Do I earn points when redeeming rewards or Discount Dollars?
No. Any amount paid using Discount Dollars does not earn points.
Discount Dollars & Expiry
What are Discount Dollars?
Discount Dollars are rewards earned when you reach 50 points, giving you $5 off eligible purchases.
Do my Discount Dollars expire?
Yes. If your account is inactive for 90 days, any unused Discount Dollars will expire.
Can Discount Dollars be transferred or redeemed for cash?
No. Discount Dollars are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
