Method:

- After refrigeration, strain the coffee and cream mixture, ensuring you extract as much cream fat as possible. Discard the used ground coffee. Transfer the liquid mixture to a food processor.
- Add the sugar and salt to the mixture in the food processor. Process until the cream fat transforms into a rich, coffee-infused butter, and the liquid separates.
- Use a cheesecloth to wring out any excess liquid from the mixture. Transfer the sumptuous Coffee Butter to a small bowl.
