2 cups of thickened cream
2/3 cup of ground coffee (we recommend our BeanGiving Blend)
2 tablespoons of icing sugar
Pinch of salt


  1. In an airtight container, combine thickened cream and ground coffee. Stir well, seal the container, and refrigerate overnight.
  2. After refrigeration, strain the coffee and cream mixture, ensuring you extract as much cream fat as possible. Discard the used ground coffee. Transfer the liquid mixture to a food processor.
  3. Add the sugar and salt to the mixture in the food processor. Process until the cream fat transforms into a rich, coffee-infused butter, and the liquid separates.
  4. Use a cheesecloth to wring out any excess liquid from the mixture. Transfer the sumptuous Coffee Butter to a small bowl.
  5. Enjoy immediately or store it in the refrigerator for later use!
