Iced Coffee Recipes Perfect for Summer 2019

SUMMER!! Its finally here and to celebrate we have put together our favourite experimental iced coffee recipes perfect to celebrate the start of the new year (no diet resolutions here) Let us know what your favourite is, or if you have any you that you swear by. Happy Coffeeing!

Iced White Chocolate Mocha

Ingredients

  • 1 block of good quality white chocolate
  • 330ml of thickened cream
  • 1 espresso shot (we used Jamaica Blue Signature Blend)
  • 1 cup of milk
  • Ice
  • Whipped cream

Method

Break chocolate into pieces and place into a bowl. Bring cream to boil in small saucepan. Once boiling take off the heat and pour over the chocolate. Stir until chocolate is melted. Let sauce cool. Once cool combine the 2 tablespoons of the white chocolate sauce, coffee and milk together. Add ice and top with whipped cream. Save left over white chocolate sauce for whatever your heart desires (we recommend more iced white chocolate mochas)

Salted Caramel Iced Coffee

Ingredients

  • 1 shot of espresso (we used the Muffin Break Signature Blend)
  • 3 teaspoons Sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 teaspoons of Caramel Syrup
  • Sea salt
  • Milk
  • Ice

Method

Fill glass halfway full with ice. Add the shot of espresso over the top. Add condensed milk, caramel syrup and a pinch of sea salt. Fill the glass with milk and stir to combine all ingredients. How easy is that!

Kahlua Vietnamese Iced Coffee

Ingredients

Method

Pour condensed milk into a glass, add coffee and Kahlua and top with ice. Mix well. (add more condensed milk if necessary).

Simple Coffee Slush

Ingredients

  • 1 shot of espresso (we used the BeanGiving Espresso Blend)
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Ice
  • 1 shot of your favourite syrup flavour (we love vanilla)

Method

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend till smooth, (add more ice or milk to reach desired consistency). Pour into a glass a top with whipped cream if desired.
