$2 Muffin Day at Wagga

Supporting the Ryan King Family

Muffin Break Wagga, held a fundraiser on Wednesday 15th June, with all proceeds being donated to support the Ryan King family, after the sudden passing of their daughter Sophie.

Alongside other Sturt Mall retailers, Natalie, Muffin Break Franchisee and her team jumped right in to support the family with a $2 Muffin day.

All Muffin Break Wagga $2 Muffin sales was donated to the Ryan King Family to assist with funeral expenses.

Natalie, alongside her team, began baking at 3am and had prepared approximately 70kg of muffins by 9.30am.

For every $2 Muffin sold, $2 was donated to the family.

Overall, the store sold 1,024 muffins with team baking 100kg of Muffins, with only 4 muffins left at the end of the day!

“I think it’s all about helping people in need, being there for people and for me, it’s about giving back to the community,” Ms Prestia said.
