We’re excited to welcome William as the newest Muffin Break Franchise Partner, with his brand-new café opening at Victoria Park on Friday, 24 July.

For William, the journey to business ownership began close to home. After seeing his wife work in a Muffin Break café and witnessing firsthand the supportive culture and strong business model, the couple knew it was a brand they wanted to be part of.

With experience in food service, retail and café operations, William was looking for an opportunity that combined a proven system with the chance to build something of his own. What stood out most was that he didn’t need previous baking experience to get started.

“The model really suited us,” says William. “We wanted a business where we could follow a proven system while still being involved in the day-to-day operation.”

As part of his franchise journey, William completed Muffin Break’s comprehensive training program at CORE and says the support has been invaluable.

“The training and support have been really good. You don’t remember everything, so knowing the operations team is there to support you gives you confidence as you prepare to open.”

Now ready to welcome customers through the doors, William is focused on building a successful local café that becomes part of the Victoria Park community.

“I want the business to do really well and become a part of the local community,” he says.

For William, opening his own Muffin Break is also about making his family proud and creating a future through business ownership. We look forward to seeing his journey unfold.
