Why do I need to choose a primary card?

We’re asking all members to only have one account assigned per email address. This will also allow you to get the most out of the loyalty program. All points and rewards will be moved to your primary card.

How long do I have to choose a primary card?

You have until 30 April 2021 to confirm your preferred account number. If you haven’t chosen a primary card by then we will make the most recently used card the primary card for you on Monday 3 May 2021.

I’ve lost the original email and don’t know how to pick my preferred account number.

Contact us with your email address and preferred account number if available.

What happens to points and rewards on the other cards?

All points and rewards accumulated on the other cards will be moved to the account number you’ve chosen. If you didn’t choose a primary card, we moved all the points and rewards to your most recently used card. The birthday reward will be as per the primary card that was chosen.

How will I know when the cards have been merged to the chosen primary card?

We will merge all your points onto your primary card on Monday 3 May 2021.

Can I still use the old card(s) at Muffin Break?

Once a primary card is chosen all other cards will be deactivated. If you want to register a new card with a different email address, please head to your closest Muffin Break and pick one up today.

How can I register a new card?

You can grab a loyalty card from your local store and register it on our website, with a unique email address.
