Celebrating International Women’s Day at Muffin Break

As International Women’s Day approaches (8th March), we have lots to celebrate.

Many of the women working behind the scenes to support our stores that you know and love were recognised this week for their outstanding achievements by the retail industry at The 2020 Top 30 Franchise Executives event.

Our Winning Women

Drum roll please…and our winners are:

Danika Heslop

Danika was ranked #8 for her role as Product and Procurement Manager. Danika and her team focus on sourcing quality ingredients that go into all of our products in store.

She also focuses on finding the next new and exciting products and partners to create our yummy monthly muffin creations!

Amanda Mamari

Amanda was ranked at #13 for her achievements as Training and Development Manager. Amanda and her team train our franchise partners when they first buy their business and teach them how to run their stores.

Amanda and the training team have created high tech training for our franchise partners to include Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality.

Nina Cosgrove

Nina, our National Sales and Business Manager, was ranked at #28. Nina is on the ground every day with our operations team, making sure our stores are delivering the best products to our customers with high operational standards.
