An intensive two-week training program takes place at our Sydney-based Centre of Retail Excellence (CORE). This is an immersion in practical skills including cooking and coffee making. 

Franchisees also receive training in leadership, HR and operational management. We will help you master every aspect of running a successful Muffin Break store. 

You’re Always Part of the Family

The support doesn’t end there. Our experienced field managers regularly visit stores to help our franchisees with challenges or simply provide an ear. A national support team is also always on call to assist with everything from operational queries to marketing strategies.
