Merry Christmas from Muffin Break!
May your days be merry & bright!
Muffin Break celebrated Christmas with a bang at our store at Entertainment Quarter, Moore Park. The channel 7 Sunrise team arrived with our host Tom Williams to start the Christmas festivities. We handed out free muffins & coffee to the crowd all morning to bring a bit of extra Christmas cheer.
Baked Christmas Treats
Our delicious baked Christmas treats were on full display with Muffin Break’s food development guru, Louise Turner. She showed us how to freshly bake one of our large Christmas puddings that Muffin Break stores all across the country do leading up to Christmas day! The final touch was a sprinkle of icing sugar and adorned with a juicy cherry. Even Tom was mesmerised by Louise’s flair in the kitchen and our Christmas themed calendar and packaging.
Sydney Children’s Hospital Toy Drive
Muffin Break’s General Manager, Natalie Brennan and Kidstuff’s Business Manager, Myles Fleming presented Sydney Children’s Hospital with a cheque worth $3,000 along with an assortment of toys for kids who will spend their holidays in hospital. Muffin Break EQ have been running a toy drive since early Christmas. Nicky Bowie and Avremi Joseph accepted the donation on the morning and was humbled by the gesture for the Sydney Children’s Hospital.
What’s Christmas without Santa?! Santa arrived with Muffin Man and took photos with the crowd all morning. The reindeer took a break today so Santa stopped by on a choo choo train.
Jingle Bell Dancers!
The C5 Dance Studio were bringing the Christmas spirit with their epic dance routine! The Sunrise hosts were blown away by the talent displayed on screen as the toy soldiers came to life. Thank you to the girls who came down to EQ to celebrate Christmas with Muffin Break! The Muffin Man was the true star of the day and showed off his own signature moves.
Have a Merry Christmas and safe holiday from the Muffin Break team!
