On June 9th, 2021 Muffin Break was awarded the prestigious Roy Morgan Coffee Shop of the Year 2020.
This annual award celebrates the very best in customer service and is the second year in a row that Muffin Break has taken out this award. With 220 stores in the network and a year where all stores had to adapt to the new current climate, taking out this award is a real feat and the result of the long-standing brand’s commitment to customers and franchise partners.
