Muffin Break receives 5 Star FRANdata Rating

FRANdata congratulates the Muffin Break franchise system (part of the Foodco Group) on being recognised as very high performing brands on the Australian Franchise Rating Scale™.

Ratings are allocated after an independent and fact-based assessment across seven key categories.

In achieving these very strong (5 star) ratings, the franchise systems were able to demonstrate a high level of transparency and a very high level of franchise performance.

FRANdata’s Australian CEO Darryn McAuliffe commented, “the review evidenced a very successful franchise model across all categories measured. One standout feature was the focus on both initial and ongoing training across both brands. An extensive and integrated approach to training was evidenced with the combination of online, classroom and practical in-store activities positioning franchisees well for initial and ongoing success. Importantly, Foodco also continues to invest significantly in brand evolution to ensure the relevance of their store design, brand and product offers”.

Rating assessment outcomes from the Australian Franchise Rating Scale™ are being delivered now to participating franchise systems and are recorded on The Australian Franchise Registry™.
