Muffin Break has made a triumphant return to Castle Towers shopping centre in Castle Hill, Sydney. New franchisees Eyad and Haya are combining their passion for great food with a love of community, kicking off with a busy Free Coffee Day at their grand opening. Eyad and Haya gave away 900+ coffees during the day, plus also sold around 40kg of muffins!
The grand opening also featured live performances, face painting and balloon making, ensuring that the store is already a hit with local families. In fact, it has been an overall cracking start, with the store selling an average of around 3000 muffins a week.
The Family That Bakes Together
For Eyad and Haya, running Muffin Break is more than just a business—it’s a family affair. Their children are also working in the store, helping out and making sure every customer feels right at home. This sense of family extends organically beyond the counter, creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for customers.
